DO NOT use top to extinguish your candle. Upon first burn, allow the melt pool to reach the edges of the glass to prevent the wax from tunneling during subsequent burning. To minimize any black soot from appearing on the edges of the jar, alway trim your wick to 1/4in before burning and only burn for 4 hours at a time. Always burn your candle within sight and keep away from children and pets.
